We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Bandella Headbands piece(s). However, please follow these simple steps for refund (excluding all shipping costs) within one month of shipping. Items received must be unworn and in original condition.

 

1 – Email for return authorization code.

 

2 – Return goods at your cost with original packaging.

 

3 – Once goods are received in a satisfactory condition refund will be processed.
